Our commitment
Full Service Review LLC wants fullservicereview.com, the account dashboard, the business directory, and the FSR badge to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not a feature we add afterward.
The standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Where we describe a page as "conforming", we mean it meets that standard as far as we have been able to test.
We also follow the practices behind that standard even where a specific rule does not apply:
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface colors meet the minimum contrast ratios, including in the dark hero sections of the marketing pages.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms label every field, announce errors in text next to the field, and never rely on color alone.
- Headings are used in order so a page can be navigated by structure.
- Nothing flashes, and nothing moves that cannot be paused or is not disabled by the "reduce motion" setting on your device.
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content or function.
- The site works on a phone-width screen without horizontal scrolling.
What we know is not there yet
We would rather list gaps than claim a conformance we have not earned. As of the review date:
- Third-party embeds, including the payment checkout, the cookie consent banner, and the contact form, are outside our direct control. We choose vendors who publish accessibility commitments, and we will pass on reports about them.
- The score gauge and charts in the account dashboard are accompanied by the same numbers in text, but the visual charts themselves are not yet fully described for screen readers.
- The directory map is a visual aid; the same listings are always available as a text list on the same page.
- A full keyboard and screen-reader pass of the signup flow, the free visibility check, the results page, and the dashboard is scheduled; until it is complete we cannot claim full conformance for those screens.
How we test
- Automated checks (such as axe and Lighthouse) run on the main page templates when they change.
- Manual keyboard and screen reader testing (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows) on the signup flow, the free visibility check, the results page, the dashboard, and a directory listing.
- Color contrast is checked against the brand palette whenever the palette changes.
- The most recent review was an internal color-contrast review of every public page template on September 19, 2026. The next full review will be listed here with its date.
The badge on your website
The FSR badge you can place on your own site is a static image or inline SVG with a text alternative, links to your listing with descriptive link text, and does not trap keyboard focus. If you find it interferes with the accessibility of your own site, tell us and we will fix the badge rather than ask you to work around it.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of the service is hard or impossible for you to use, we want to know, and we will treat the report as a defect to fix rather than a request to consider.
- Email: [email protected]
- Post: Full Service Review LLC, 110 North Hillside Street, Wichita, Kansas 67214, United States
- Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. A screenshot or recording helps but is not required.
What happens next. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days, tell you what we found and what we plan to do within 15 business days, and, where a fix will take longer, give you a workable alternative in the meantime, such as completing the task with our support team by email or phone at no charge.
Formal complaints and your rights
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to a manager by replying to our acknowledgment and asking for one. Nothing in this statement limits any right you have under applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act where it applies.
Technical notes
The site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with the screen readers named above. It relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Where JavaScript is unavailable, the free visibility check and the account dashboard will not function; every informational page, including this one, will.
